Abstract:

The purpose of this study is to examine the problems faced by the body education teachers who are paying teaching and the solutions recommendations. Research is a work of quality. The research group consists of 10 body training teachers and this study group is determined by the maximum variety sampling method. In the study, a face-to-face interview technique has been used in accordance with the principle of volunteering with 10 body education teachers who are paid in schools associated with the National Education Directorate of the province of Gaziantep. Using the interview method, which is of the quality research methods in the research, the data obtained was analyzed by the method of content analysis. The study found that body training teachers who worked paidly found that the process was an unnecessary practice, but that it was a practice that devalued the teacher. The research group, as a problem within the school, stated that they experienced a lack of morality and motivation due to the lack of wages, the lack of property rights and the excessive work intensity. In addition, outside the school, they have expressed concerns about the assignment, the disability of living and the difficulty of living within the family. The teachers who participated in the research also suggested that the appointment, the increase in wages, the improvement of property rights, the removal of paid teaching and the lack of staff paid teachers should be made.
