Men take such roles as husband, father, son, and big brother in family relationship. The same roles appear as “boss” or “founder-entrepreneur” in family businesses. One of the main functions performed with mascunility discourse is the hyper-masculinity phenomenon based on making male power and government admissible. While masculinity-femininity duality goes on with such contradictions as powerful-powerless, hard-gentle,active-passive,efficient-inefficient, and combatant-submissive, it makes the control easy for men but restrictive for women. All organizations benefit from both masculine and feminine characteristics as sexuality phenomenon. To tell people what their gender is easier than telling whether it is appropriate for ideal femininity or ideal masculinity. It turns out that a masculine form which creates gender discrimination coming off from masculinity-femininity approach stems from not only gender determinism but also the person’s behaviour and attitude. In this study hyper-masculinity forms have been researched within the context of family businesses by being scrutinizing.
