Soybean (Glycine max L.) has an important potential in closing the oil deficit in our country, is a very valuable oil plant with its high protein and oil ratio. The fact that it contains fatty acids that regulate lipid metabolism of humans and linoleic fatty acid known as Omega-3 makes this plant prominent in human and animal nutrition. This study, which investigated the yield characteristics and protein content of soybean plants with AMF and PGPR applications, was carried out in Bolu Abant İzzet Baysal University Özbostancı Research and Experiment area in 2020. Plant height (cm), pod number (per plant-1), first pod height (cm), seed yield per plant (g plant-1), yield (kg da-1), and protein content (%) values were determined in the study was established with 3 replications according to the randomized blocks experimental design. It was observed that the applications provide superior values than the control in all yield parameters. It is noteworthy that the AMF application gives a statistically higher average value (433.0 kg da-1) than other applications, especially in yield per decare. In protein content, it was determined that PGPR+AMF combined application had the highest average value, but this result did not make a statistical difference with other applications. The information obtained from the results of the study will provide useful information to the entrepreneurs investigating the yield and protein content of the soybean plant.
