Abstract:

In this study in the central district of Edirne, Alexander Village, 41° 39' 31.07" K and 26° 37'34.78" D coordinates are being cultivated in a producer bond on the 110 R motherland vaccinated 'Cabernet Sauvignon' vineyards are aimed at determining the effects of I falling period and the anti-raspirants applied later on the grain properties. The trial conducted during the 2018 vegetation period includes 3 application times [I Fall, Half Adult (14-18°Brix), Pre-Adult (22-24°Brix)] and 3 different antitranspirant applications (Control, Vapor Gard, Kaolin). The test began with phenological observations and the characteristics and performance were studied. The application of Vapor Gard in the pre-adolescence period has raised the Adolescence Index (SCM/TA). The result has been increased by the Vapor Gard applied during the fall period. As a result, Vapor Gard may be recommended in the pre-adolescent period (22-24°Brix) to be obtained high-quality grapes, grapes and wines from the Cabernet Sauvignon vineyard in Edirne.
