Abstract The article is a reflection about questions corresponding to the modern being, who with the body performances has a way to produce their own identity. It starts from the definition of the body as mutant; mutations proposed by techno science. Differently from moderns bodies, today they are subjected to many identifications through life, proportioned, majority, by the media. Brazil suffers a "miscegenation": the body, among techno science, on the fashion's flow disseminated via media, mixed with technological equipment, to prosthesis. The announced woman by the media does not fit into the concept of morenidade, she is Barbie. Then rises as counterpart to this female model, a male model, called Pitboy. Both of them looking for the perfect body, they turn into hybrids between organism and machine, or cyborgs. Different authors participate on the board to be exposed.
