Introduction and Purpose: In this study, we aimed at assessing the demographic data of the patients applied cardiopulmonary resuscitation, the causes of resuscitation and our success rate of resuscitation in these patients. Method and Requirements: This retrospective study examined patients resuscitated in the emergency service between 01.01.2019 and 31.12.2020. Emergency deaths were classified as Group 1 and spontaneous circulation after resuscitation patients were classified as Group 2. The demographic characteristics of these patients, the duration of the resuscitation, whether the case was, whether or not defibrillation was applied to the patient, the patient's emergency status, the time of death, the estimated cause of death, the clinic in which the patients were bed, the hospitalization periods and the hospitalization periods and the laboratory values were statistically evaluated. The number of patients in Group 1 was 72 (23.5%) and the number of patients in Group 2 was 64 (32.7%) and the number of patients in Group 1 was 12: 01-16: 00. This ratio was significantly different between the groups (p=0.025). The major cause of death in hospitals and emergency services was myocardial infarction. The patient’s rate of spontaneous circulation after resuscitation in emergency service was 39%, while the expulsion from the hospital was 9.2%. REVISION and RESULTAT: Effective cardiopulmonary resuscitation is required to ensure spontaneous circulation after resuscitation in patients with resuscitation in emergency services. In addition, the medical characteristics of patients also influence the success of resuscitation in patients.
