Most of the research in restorative dentistry is focused on the connection between resin materials and dentin. Most of the studies on Dentine adhesion are performed using solid Dentine tissue. In these clinical conditions, the chances of the doctors to encounter this structure are quite small. In the clinic, adhesion is referred to on a tissue where a variety of dents, such as solid dents, sclerotic dents and dents affected by corruption, are combined. In addition to the type and histological structure of the tooth, the chemical structure of the adhesive to be applied also affects the connection mechanism. Although invitro studies do not fully revive the clinical conditions, the findings show that they have connected the etch&rinse systems. The purpose of this article is to explore in detail the adhesion of composite resins to the various types of dents that clinics often encounter.
