The study also reveals that school administrators use knowledge acquisition, sharing, utilization and, storing strategies in very often. However, school administrators have relatively less interaction among parents and members of parent-teacher association who are crucial shareholders for school on acquiring, sharing and utilizing of knowledge. In other words, these shareholders have participation on process of decision-making and problem-solving in schools. We think that when school administrators’ opportunities of communication and interaction with parents and parent-teacher association, this participation will increase.
