Abstract:

Küreselleşen dünyada, gerek işletme faaliyetlerinin önemli bir kısmını oluşturan lojistik fonksiyonunun, gerekse ülke ekonomilerinin önemli bir bileşeni olan lojistik sektörünün önemi giderek artmaktadır. İşletmelerin ve ülkelerin stratejik anlamda rekabet üstünlüğü elde etmelerinde oldukça önemli olan lojistik faaliyetlerin başarısı, çalışanların işlerine karşı olan olumlu tutumlarının artırılması ile sürdürülebilir hale getirilebilir. Olumlu tutumların artırılması noktasında en sık incelenen kavramlardan bir tanesi iş tatminidir. İş tatmini, bir çalışanın iş ve işin sağladıklarına ilişkin bir algısı ve bu algıya karşılık olarak verdiği duygusal cevap olarak tanımlanmaktadır. İşinden tatmin olan bir çalışanın, mikro düzeyde çalıştığı işletmeye, makro düzeyde ise işletmesinin yer aldığı sektöre ve ülke ekonomisine olumlu katkı sağlaması söz konusudur. Bu çalışma, lojistik sektörü yöneticilerinin iş tatmini düzeylerinin belirlenmesi amacını taşımaktadır. Bu amaçla, SWARA ve DEMATEL yöntemleri kullanılarak iş tatminini ortaya çıkaran kriterlerin önem dereceleri ve kriterler arasındaki nedensel ilişkiler incelenmiş ve sonuçlar detaylı şekilde ortaya konulmuştur. Çalışmadan elde edilen bulgular doğrultusunda, lojistik sektöründe yöneticilerin iş tatminlerinin artırılmasına yönelik önerilerde de bulunulmuştur.

In the globalizing world, the importance of the logistics function, which constitutes an important part of the business activities and the logistics sector, which is an important component of the national economy, is increasing. The success of logistical activities, which are very important for and countries to a strategic competitive advantage, can be sustainable by increasing the positive attitudes of employees towards their jobs. At this point, job satisfaction is one of the most studied subjects. Job satisfaction is defined as employee's perception about job and things provided by job, and his emotional response to this perception. An employee who is satisfied with his job will contribute positively to the business in which he works at micro level, and to the sector in which his business takes part and the economy of the country at macro level. This study aims to determine the job satisfaction levels of managers in the logistics sector. For this purpose, the importance of job satisfaction criteria and causal relationships between them have been examined using DEMATEL method and the results are presented in detail. In line with the findings, suggestions to increase the job satisfaction of managers in the logistics sector are also made.
