Abstract:

Entrepreneurship education is a discipline that aims to gain entrepreneurial skills to individuals. The entrepreneurial skills include knowledge and sub skills that will create the idea of producing in individuals, will be able to solve the financing problem to realize their ideas, will be able to design and implement the product they want to produce, will be able to promote and market the product and will be able to convert them into investment. On the other hand, these skills need to be associated with specific subjects and achievements. In particular, when it comes to a whole form, it is clear that the value dimension of entrepreneurship is also an unprecedented fact. These values include the cultural characteristics of society, as well as the universal moral laws of mankind. Starting from this point, entrepreneurship training includes the implementation of the elements that will revive the entrepreneurial spirit in individuals and gain entrepreneurial skills in an interdisciplinary and systematic way. According to the above information, the study of entrepreneurship training, the types of entrepreneurship and the elements of entrepreneurship training (knowledge, skills and values) were evaluated within the framework of the 2023 training vision. Short, medium and long-term suggestions and discussions on the acquisition of entrepreneurial skills have been made.
