Clear cell tumor (sugar cell tumor) of the lung is an extremely rare benign neoplasm. This tumor is composed of clear cells with abundant glycogen and therefore named clear cell or sugar cell tumor. The tumor is usually discovered accidentally as an asymptomatic well circumscribed peripheral parenchymal nodule on chest radiogram. Herein we aimed to report a case of clear cell tumor mimiking lung cancer radiologically and relapsing after surgery
