Kadınlar, çalışma hayatındaki sayıları gün geçtikçe artmasına rağmen, üst düzey yönetici pozisyonlarına ulaşmalarında çeşitli engellerle karşılaşmaktadırlar. Bu çalışmada lojistik hizmet sağlayıcılarında çalışan kadınların cam tavan sendromunun örgütsel güven üzerine etkisinin belirlenmesi amaçlanmaktadır. Bu bağlamda, mevcut alan yazına göre cam tavan sendromu ve örgütsel güven kavramları açıklanmış ve aralarındaki ilişkiye yer verilmiştir. Çalışmanın uygulama kısmında, lojistik hizmet sağlayıcılarında çalışan kadınlara yönelik olarak anket yöntemi ile veri toplanmıştır. Yapılan analizler sonucunda elde edilen bulgulara göre, cam tavan sendromunun örgütsel güven, yöneticiye güven ve örgüte güven üzerinde anlamlı bir etkisi bulunmamaktadır.
Although women have increased their number in their work life over the day, they face a variety of obstacles in reaching their senior managerial positions. This study aims to determine the influence of women working in logistics service providers of the glass roof syndrome on organizational trust. In this context, according to the current field letter, the concepts of glass roof syndrome and organizational confidence have been explained and the relationship between them has been placed. In the application section of the study, data was collected by the survey method for women working in logistics service providers. According to the findings obtained from the analysis, the glass roof syndrome has no meaningful impact on organizational confidence, trust in the manager and trust in the organization.
Women face various obstacles in reaching senior management positions in their working life, despite the increasing ratio in work force. The aim of this study is to determine the effect of glass ceiling syndrome of women working in logistics service providers on organizational trust. In this context, glass ceiling syndrome and organizational trust are explained respectively based on current literature and then the relationship between these two terms is discussed. In methodology, data is collected from women working in logistics service providers by using a questionnaire. According to the findings, it is found that glass ceiling syndrome has no significant effect on organizational trust, trust in supervisor, and trust in organization.
