Amaç – Bu çalışmanın amacı, özel sektör çalışanlarının yaşadıkları aşırı iş yükü algılarının tükenmişliklerine olan etkisini ve bu etkide sahip oldukları özyeterlik ve dayanıklılık durumlarının aracılık rolünü, bir model çerçevesinde test etmek ve incelemektir. Yöntem – Çalışmanın örneklemini Isparta İlinde özel sektör firmalarında çalışan 560 katılımcı oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada veri toplamak için anket yönteminden yararlanılmış ve katılımcılara tesadüfî olmayan kartopu yöntemi ile anketler ulaştırılmıştır. Verilerin yapısal eşitlik modellemesine uygun hale getirilmesi için doğrulayıcı faktör analizi yapılmıştır. Araştırmada kullanılan değişkenler arasındaki ilişkileri test etmek için Pearson korelâsyon analizi, araştırma modelini test etmek için ise AMOS programından elde edilen yapısal eşitlik modeli analizi yapılmıştır. Bulgular – Yapılan korelâsyon analizi sonuçlarına göre katılımcıların aşırı iş yükü, tükenmişlik ve dayanıklılıkları arasında anlamlı ilişkiler bulunmuştur. Özyeterliğin yalnızca dayanıklılık ile arasında anlamlı bir ilişki tespit edilmiştir. YEM analizi sonuçlarına göre katılımcıların aşırı iş yükü algılarının, tükenmişliklerine pozitif yönlü anlamlı bir etkisi varken; dayanıklılıklarına, negatif yönlü bir etkisi olduğu görülmüştür. Katılımcıların aşırı iş yükü algılarının tükenmişliğe olan etkisinde, sahip oldukları dayanıklılığın aracılık rolü bulunmuştur. Ayrıca kadın çalışanların tükenmişlik düzeylerinin erkek çalışanlardan fazla olduğu, erkek çalışanların da sahip oldukları dayanıklılık ve özyeterlik düzeylerinin kadın çalışanlardan daha fazla olduğu araştırmanın bir diğer sonucudur. Tartışma – Araştırmanın bulguları doğrultusunda, aşırı iş yükünün örgütsel ve bireysel birçok olumsuz etkisinin yanında tükenmişlik üzerindeki etkisinin azaltılması için psikolojik sermaye bileşenlerinden dayanıklılık ve özyeterlik becerileri, iyileştirici bir etkiye sahip olabileceği söylenebilir. Çalışmanın bulguları, önceki araştırmalardan elde edilen sonuçlar ve literatür ışığında tartışılmıştır.
Purpose - The purpose of this study is to test and study the impact on the extinction of the perceptions of the excess workload that the private sector employees experience and the role of mediation of the self-sufficiency and resilience conditions they have in this effect, in a model framework. Method - The examples of the study consist of 560 participants working in private sector companies in the Isparta Province. In the study, the survey method was used to collect data and the survey was delivered to the participants with the non-successive cartridge method. A verifying factor analysis has been conducted to make the data fit to the structural equality modeling. Pearson's correlation analysis was conducted to test the relationships between the variables used in the study, while the research model was tested to test the structural equality model obtained from the AMOS program. Results - According to the results of the correlation analysis, there were meaningful relationships between the participants' excess workload, exhaust and resilience. There is only a meaningful relationship between self-sufficiency and resilience. According to the results of the YEM analysis, participants' perceptions of excess workload have a positive meaningful impact on their output; their resilience has a negative impact. In the impact of the participants’ excess workload perceptions on exhaust, they played the mediation role of their endurance. It is also another conclusion of the study that the levels of exhaust of women workers are higher than the levels of male workers, and that the levels of resilience and self-sufficiency of men workers are higher than the levels of women workers. Discussions - According to the findings of the study, it can be said that resilience and self-sufficiency skills from the psychological capital components to reduce the impact of excess workload on the organizational and individual many adverse effects may have a healing effect. The findings of the study have been discussed in the light of the results obtained from previous research and literature.
