So many results that aren't mine?

Abstract:

Pre-school period is a critical term when “taking responsibility” behavior of children which is a significant step in their social development could be influenced. Considering personality development is completed to a large extent during preschool years, effective programs must be prepared to develop behaviors that ensure children take appropriate responsibilities according to their age group and fulfill such responsibilities during this time. The main purpose of this study that tries to determine the current situation moving from those thoughts is, evaluating taking responsibility levels of 5-6 year-old pre-school children based on parent opinions. The study where taking responsibility levels of 5-6 year-old pre-school children are evaluated based on parent opinions is descriptive and used description (survey) model. Descriptive analysis is used to examine data achieved from interview form used with parents. Pre-test application is made with 5 parents outside sample group in order to establish validity and reliability of interview form and after descriptive analysis of data achieved with pre-test application, the form’s validity and reliability are established. Direct quotes are frequently used at descriptive analysis stage in order to present ideas of parents effectively. Concepts and themes that could not be explored with descriptive analysis are explored though content analysis. The results obtained showed that parents believe the importance of responsibility education and willing to improve responsibility acquiring level.
