Amaç, İstanbul Gençlik Hizmetleri ve Spor İl Müdürlüğü çalışanlarının olumsuz davranışlara maruz kalıp kalmadığının belirlenerek cinsiyet, yaş, çalışma süresi, aylık gelir, eğitim ve yöneticilik deneyimi gibi değişkenlere göre değişip değişmediğinin incelenmesidir. Bu amaçla İstanbul Gençlik Hizmetleri ve Spor İl Müdürlüğü personeline araştırma hakkında bilgi verilmiş, araştırmaya katılmak isteyen 88 erkek, 57 kadın olmak üzere toplam 145 gönüllü personele Karaahmet ve arkadaşları tarafından geçerlilik ve güvenirlilik çalışmaları yapılan “Olumsuz Davranışlar Ölçeği” uygulanmıştır. Elde edilen veriler SPSS 20.00 paket programıyla analiz edildiğinde maruz kalınan olumsuz davranışlar yaş, cinsiyet, eğitim, medeni durum, unvana göre anlamlı bulunmamıştır. Gelir düzeyi, çalışma yılı ve yöneticilik yapıp yapmama açısından diğer alt boyutlar anlamsız görülürken gelir durumu açısından kişisel tehdit alt boyutunda, çalışma yılı ve yöneticilik yapma durumu açısından ise mesleğe yönelik tehdit alt boyutunda anlamlı farklılık olduğu belirlenmiştir.
The objective is to determine whether the employees of the Istanbul Youth Services and Sports Provincial Directorate are exposed to negative behaviors; to determine whether they change according to variables such as gender, age, working time, monthly income, education and management experience. For this purpose, the Istanbul Youth Services and Sports Provincial Directorate staff were informed about the research, the total of 145 volunteers, including 88 men and 57 women, who wanted to participate in the research was implemented by Karaahmet and his colleagues in validity and reliability studies. The data obtained were analyzed with the SPSS 20.00 package program and the negative behaviors exposed; age, gender, education, civil status, title were not found meaningful. In terms of income level, working year and other underdimensions are unreasonable; in terms of income status, personal threat is underdimensional; in terms of working year and managerial status, the threat to the profession is significantly different.
