Abstract:

The main objective of this research is to determine class teachers’ evaluations of the math lesson curriculum and to study teachers’ evaluations of the program according to various variables (the type of school graduated, seniority, class presence, state of service education). The examples of this research in the visual scan model have been made by 231 class teachers who are working in Adana, Mersin, Urfa, Mardin, Gaziantep, Istanbul, Kayseri and Hatay. As a data collection tool, the researchers developed, the "Mathematics Course Curriculum Assessment Scale" was used. The scale is a 21 material scale arranged in the five Likert type, which consists of five factors: "General structure, achievements, content, measurement and evaluation, presentation". In the analysis of the data collected on scale, one-way variance analysis, independent groups t test and Kruskal Wallis test were used. The study found that class teachers’ assessments regarding the mathematical program were positive. The teachers’ assessments for the program have not been different according to the type of school they graduated and the classroom. In addition, the evaluation scores are in favour of teachers with 21 years or higher and teachers with 16-20 years or higher, while the evaluation scores are in favour of teachers with 21 years or higher and teachers with 16-20 years or higher, while the evaluation scores are in favour of teachers with 21 years or higher, while the evaluation scores are in favour of teachers with 16-20 years or higher, while the evaluation scores are in favour of teachers with 21 years or higher, while the evaluation scores are in favour of teachers with 16-20 years or higher.
