The purpose of this descriptive study was to analyze the goals that have occurred through counter-attack in futsal. The sample consisted of ten games in the UEFA Futsal Championship. The images were captured by television and recorded on DVD-R. For analysis of the games, we used descriptive and percentage statistic. Of the thirty goals investigated, twenty-six were initiated from any defensive line, which demonstrated the highest efficiency was the second line with 35%. Of all the goals that have occurred through counter-attacks, 63% happened so assisted and 53% for outfield players and 10% by the goalkeeper. To counterattack assisted identified that 47% were from intercepting passes. Of the thirty goals analyzed in twenty-nine cases were identified constellations, the ones with the highest incidence was 2 x 1+G and 3 x 3 + G with 17% each. Based on collected data, we concluded that the goal through counter-attack effectively happens in futsal. We also note that an effective defense is the basic principle that it can trigger the counterattack. The goalkeeper has proved to be an efficient and importantres our ce to start the counterattack.
