Ağızlar bir dilin ortaya çıkışından günümüzdeki durumuna kadar geçirdiği evrelerin izlerini içinde taşıyan ve dildeki tarihi dönemlerin aydınlatılmasını sağlayan en önemli yapı taşlarındandır. Bir dilin ağızlarını inceleyerek etnik, kültürel, tarihsel ve sosyal olarak birçok çıkarım yapmak mümkün olmaktadır. Ağızların oluşum süreçleri ve içinde barındırdıkları unsurlar ele alındığında her yöre ağzının bir dil mantığı içerisinde incelenmesi ve araştırılması gerektiği düşünülmektedir. Bir dilin söz varlığını tam olarak ortaya çıkarmak sadece standart dilin sözlüğünü oluşturmakla değil o dilin alt katmanları durumundaki ağızların da söz varlığını ortaya koymakla mümkün olabilmektedir. Çalışmamızda Giresun ve yöresi ağızları söz varlığındaki bitki adları ve bitki kavram alanlarına giren sözcükler incelenmiştir. Yöre halkının hayatında önemli bir yer tutan bitkiler çerçevesinde gelişen adlandırmalar Türk dili açısından oldukça dikkat çekicidir. Çalışmada Giresun ve yöresi ağızlarındaki genel olarak bitki adları ve bitki kavram alanına özgü sözcükler tasnif edilerek bu alanda kullanılan söz varlığının genel bir tablosu ortaya çıkarılacaktır. Bitkilere ait söz varlığı ile yöre halkının bitkiler alanındaki kültürü hakkında bilgi sahibi olmak mümkün olacaktır. Giresun özelinde bu kavram alanına giren sözcüklerin, Türkçenin söz varlığına katkıda bulunacağı da düşünülmektedir. Bir millete ya da topluluğa ait söz varlığındaki kavram alanlarının tespiti ile o topluluğun dünya görüşü, inançları, yaşantıları, sosyo-ekonomik durumları vb. üzerinde yorumlamalar yapmak mümkün olabilmektedir. Her yörenin kültürel dokusunu yansıtan, kendine has söz varlıkları bulunmaktadır. Bu söz varlıklarında sözel belleğin yansımaları net şekilde görülmektedir. Bu çalışmada Giresun ve yöresi söz varlığındaki bitki adları ile bitki kavram alanına giren 311 sözcük çeşitli başlıklar altında incelenerek elde edilen veriler üzerinden bazı yorumlamalar yapılmıştır.
The mouths are one of the most important structural stones that carry the traces of the stages it has passed from the emergence of a language to the present state and which enable the lighting of the historical periods in the language. By studying the mouths of a language, it is possible to make many ethnic, cultural, historical and social conclusions. When dealing with the forming processes of the mouths and the elements they contain, it is believed that every place of the mouth should be studied and studied in a language logic. To fully reveal the word existence of a language can be possible not only by creating the dictionary of the standard language, but also by revealing the word existence of the mouths in the state of the under layers of that language. In our study we have studied entrance and the mouths of the word plant names in the existence and the words entering the fields of plant concepts. The names developing in the framework of plants that hold an important place in the life of the local people are quite remarkable in terms of the Turkish language. In the study will be identified a general picture of the existence of the word used in this field by classifying the general names of plants in the mouths of the entrance and the area and the words specific to the field of the concept of plants. It will be possible to learn about the presence of plants and the culture of the local people in the field of plants. It is also believed that the words that enter this conceptual field will contribute to the existence of the Turkish word. Identification of the conceptual fields in the existence of a nation or community and the worldview of that community, beliefs, experiences, socio-economic conditions, etc. It is possible to make explanations. There is a culture that reflects every place’s cultural texts. In these words, the reflection of the verbal memory is clearly seen. In this study, some interpretations were made through the data obtained by examining the 311 words in the field of plant concepts and the plant names in the area of the word.
