Abstract:

From the eighth century, a new literary species emerged in the recently Muslimized regions of the Middle East and Central Asia. Politics in the character of the "Manual of the Manual" or "The King's Mirror" are political-content studies that make up the main source of this work. In politics, the qualities that the rulers must have, the conditions and rules of the rule are described. It is indicated how an ideal state organization should be, and the governors are warned by explaining the harmful consequences of bad governments.Politics, which are works that present the political and social life of a country, the military and financial organizations, the laws and regulations, the traditions and customs of society, are also based on religious foundations. In such works that show examples from the Qur’an, the hadiths and the history, the bad events in the past, the catastrophes, stories and jokes caused by the wicked, uneksperimental and ignorant rulers and prisoners are told. Political writers are mostly well-educated and respected persons of the period.In this study, which is considered as an example of the outstanding politics in Political Literature, the Political Name of Nizamülmülk; the King of the East of Abdulhamid el Katib; the Art of the Kingdom of Abu Mansur el-Sealibi; the Cabusname of Keykavus; the Kutadgu Bilig of Yusuf Has Hacib; Muhammad b. The political art of Turtuşi’s Siracu’l-Müluk; Abu’l Hasan Habib al-Maverdi’s Political Art, Imam Gazali’s et-Tibru’l-Mesbûk fi Nasîhati’l-Mülûk (Golden Instructions to Managers), Nasiruddin Tusi’s Ethics-i Nasıri; Ibn’l-Mukaffa’s Islamic Political Assembly and Ibn Teymiyye’s Politics (es-Politics-Sharyye) and Narayana’s Hitopadeşa’s works will be treated as the approach to the social position of the woman in the framework of the social approach, “specific”, “specific”, “specific” approach.
