The data were collected using face to face survey technique. To measure the dimensions of socialization, a scale developed by Haueter et al. (2003) is preferred, and SPSS 15.0 statistical package program was used to analyze the collected data. In accordance with the analyzes, the results have indicated that employees’ organizational socialization and job socialization levels have a meaningful effect on their organizational commitment, job satisfaction, and performance level. However, group socialization level has no meaningful effect on these variables, and three dimensions of socialization have no meaningful effect on job stress
