Dil öğretiminde, dilbilgisine ağırlık verilen eski öğretim yöntemleri yerine günümüzde yeni yöntemler denenmektedir. Dilin kültür taşıyıcısı olduğu apaçık ortadadır. Bir dili öğrenmenin en güzel yolu, o dilin kültürünü öğrenmekten geçer. Bu sebeple dil öğretmek için hazırlanan kaynak kitaplarda, kültürün nasıl ve ne kadar aktarıldığı da önem taşımaktadır. Bu aktarım sayesinde dil öğrenenlerin zihninde o millete ait yeni imgeler oluşabilir ya da zaten var olan imgelerde değişiklik meydana gelebilir. Bu çalışmanın amacı, Türk Dünyasında Türkiye Türkçesi öğreten “Türkçe Öğreniyoruz Orhun Ders ve Çalışma Kitapları’nda” Türk imgesini araştırmaktır. İlk olarak çalışmaya yön veren imge ve imgebilim kavramları açıklanmıştır. Çalışmanın son bölümünde ise yukarıda bahsedilen kitaplardaki Türk imgeleri tespit edilmiş ve değerlendirilmiştir.
In language teaching, new methods are tested today instead of the old teaching methods that are emphasized on language science. It is clear that the language is a culture carrier. The best way to learn a language is to learn the culture of that language. Therefore, the source prepared for teaching the language is also important in the books, how and how the culture is translated. Through this transmission, new images of that nation may occur in the minds of those who learn language or changes in the images that already exist. The aim of this study is to explore the Turkish image "We learn Turkish in the Orhun Teachings and Work Books" teaching Turkish in the Turkish World. In the first place, the concepts of image and immobility that are directed to work were explained. In the last part of the study, the Turkish images in the above-mentioned books have been identified and evaluated.
