Günümüzde jeopolitik olarak ulusal güvenlik sınamaları ne yazık ki iyimserlikten çok kötümser bir tablo çizmektedir. Özellikle içinde bulunduğumuz süreçte, revizyonist ve aşırı nasyonalist ülkelerin başını çektiği veya yarattığı jeopolitik gerilimler ve sınamalar uluslararası güvenliği daha çok tehdit etmektedir. Bu kapsamda bu çalışmada bölgesel ve uluslararası güvenlik, barış ve refahın tesis ve idamesi bağlamında Türkiye’nin ulusal güvenlik ve dış politika sınamaları ve fırsatlarına yönelik olarak, hâlihazırda yerleşik ön yargılar ve skolastik kurallar yerine, değer felsefesinin paradigma, dinamik ve boyutları ışığında normatif prensiplerle, ulusal güvenliğin postmodern veçheleri üzerinden bir değerlendirme gerçekleştirilmektedir. Çalışmanın temel eksenini Atatürk’ün "Yurtta sulh, cihanda sulh" ilkesi oluşturmaktadır. Nitekim bu çalışmada, yerleşik yargı ve kurallar yerine, insani değerleri aksiyolojik, bütüncül ve evrensel bir bakış açısıyla merkeze alan ve normatif olarak benimsenmesi beklenen eylemler dikkate alınarak özgün bir inceleme gerçekleştirilmektedir.
Today, geopolitically, national security tests unfortunately draw a very pessimistic picture than optimism. Specifically in the process we are in, the geopolitical tensions and trials led by or created by the revisionist and extremist countries are more threatening international security. In this scope, in this study, in the context of the establishment and execution of regional and international security, peace and well-being, the national security and foreign policy of Turkey are tested and the opportunities, instead of the already established prejudices and school rules, with the paradigm, dynamics and dimensions of the value philosophy, with the normative principles, a evaluation is carried out through the postmodern aspects of national security. The main axis of the study is Atatürk’s “Yurtta sulh, cihanda sulh” principle. In fact, in this study, an original examination is carried out, instead of established judgment and rules, taking into account the actions that are expected to be adopted normatively and focus on human values from an acciological, comprehensive and universal perspective.

In this study, the establishment and maintenance of regional and international security regarding Turkey's national security and foreign policy challenges and opportunities are elaborated in the framework of peace and prosperity, normative principles and practices the dynamics and dimensions of the axiology, instead of existing prejudices and scholastic rules. With these principles, an evaluation is carried out on the postmodern aspects of national security. The main axis of the study is Atatürk's "Peace at home, peace in the world" principle. As a matter of fact, in this study, an original analysis is carried out by taking into account the actions that are expected to be adopted normatively and that center human values with an axiological, holistic and universal perspective, instead of pre-established judgments and rules.
