So many results that aren't mine?

Okulomotor Paralizi ile Seyreden Oftalmoplejik migren: olgu sunumu

Abstract:

Ophthalmoplegic migraine; is a rare pathology in literatüre, which is characterized with recurrent attacks of headache and ophtalmoplegia that usually begins during childhood. Ophthalmoplegia occurs due to paralysis of 3th, 4th or 6th cranial nerves. Attacks may last a few hours to weeks and usually are recovered with appropriate therapy, but some cases may demonstrate permanent defects. Due to the poor radiological findings of oculomotor nerve during attack, it is difficult to make differential diagnosis. In this manuscript we report the one year follow up results and treatment strategy of a 26-year-old male patient with ophtalmoplegic migraine.
