Abstract:

As such in criminal law also in misdemeanor law, in conformity with the principles of universal law, how could be imputed the liability of natural persons that based on their acts to juridical persons has importance. Within the scope of this study, in the existence of which elements, the juridical persons could be responsible for administrative fine is examined and regulations in misdemeanor law is handled with a critical approach.
