Abstract:

Purpose:In this retrospective study, we present the mid-term results of the phenomena we apply to endovenous laser ablation treatment in large safen deficiency. Tools and methods: After receiving illuminated approvals of patients between January 2011-June 2013, 108 patients [56 (51.8 percent) women, 52 (48.2 percent) men, the average age; 43.3±11.7 (25-71 years)] were included in the study. Clinical improvement was observed in the first month of these phenomena check. In addition to clinical recovery in the 6th month of the monitoring of developing phenomena of deep vein thrombosis, rekanalization in the thrombosis veins was detected in dopler ultrasound. With the exception of three events, in other cases after the operation, the large safen ven oblitere was observed. The endovenous laser ablation therapy is a very comfortable and safe treatment for patients, but it can be used as a substitute for conventional surgeon in appropriate cases.
