Abstract:

The concept of mobbing is very important, especially because of its effects. So much so that the aforementioned results may lead to the suicide of the victim. When the studies about mobbing were evaluated, firstly mobbing was discussed within the labour law relationships, but today mobbing is accepted as an important concept also within the public law/disciplinary law of the civil servants. In this study, the mobbing phenomenon is discussed, in the light of concrete cases, within the public law/disciplinary law of the public officials. Parallel to this, the legal procedures to follow against the mobbing, which are not regulated clearly, are tried to discussed and determined
