Bu çalışma, Diyarbakır koşullarında pamukta değişik zamanlarda uygulanan uç alma işleminin verim ve verim parametreleri üzerine etkisinin belirlenmesi amacıyla 2012 yılında Dicle Üniversitesi Ziraat Fakültesi deneme alanlarında yürütülmüştür. Çalışmada Primera, Deltapine-99, Stonville-453 ve Berke pamuk (Gossypium hirsutum L.) çeşitleri bitki materyali olarak kullanılmıştır. Deneme, Tesadüf Bloklarında Bölünmüş Parseller Deneme desenine göre 3 tekerrürlü olarak kurulmuştur. Uygulama zamanları (Kontrol, ekimden 100, 115, 130 ve 145 gün sonra uç alma) ana parselleri, pamuk çeşitleri ise (Berke, STV-453, DP-499, Primera) alt parselleri oluşturmuştur. Çalışmada ekimden 100 ve 115 gün sonra yapılan uç almanın, kütlü pamuk verimi, koza kütlü ağırlığı, çırçır randımanı, ilk el kütlü oranı özelliklerini artırdığı bitki boyu ve açmayan koza sayısını azalttığı 100 tohum ağırlığı özelliğine istatistiki anlamda etkili olmadığı saptanmıştır. İncelenen özellikler arası ilişkiler yönünden, tek koza kütlü ağırlığı ve kütlü pamuk verimi ve çırçır randımanı ilk el kütlü oranı ile açmayan koza sayısı ve çırçır randımanı arasında pozitif ve önemli tek koza kütlü ağırlığı ile bitki boyu bitki boyu ile çırçır randımanı arasında negatif ve önemli ilişkiler belirlenmiştir.
This study was carried out in 2012 in the Ziraat Faculty of Dicle University with the aim of determining the impact of the end-up process applied in different times in cotton in the conditions of Diyarbakır on the performance and performance parameters. Primera, Deltapine-99, Stonville-453 and Berke cotton (Gossypium hirsutum L.) varieties were used as plant material. The trial is established in 3 wheels according to the trial pattern of Divided Parsels in random blocks. Application times (Control, ending after October 100, 115, 130 and 145 days) formed the main parsels, while cotton varieties (Berke, STV-453, DP-499, Primera) formed the subparsels. The study found that the end collection made after October 100 and 115 days, the mass cotton production, the mass weight of the cotton, the cranberries, the first hand mass ratio characteristics increased; the plant length and the number of non-opened cotton reduced; the 100 seed weight characteristics were not statistically effective. In terms of the relationships between the characteristics examined, the weight of a single cottage and the production of a single cottage and the date of the cottage; the number of cottage not opened with the first hand rate and the date of the cottage is positive and important; the weight of a single cottage and the length of the plant; the negative and important relationships between the length of the plant and the date of the cottage are determined.
This study was conducted to determine the effects of topping at different stages of growth on cotton in the Experimental Area of Faculty of Agriculture, Dicle University in 2012. In the study, cotton varieties were used as material such as Primera, Deltapine 499, Stoneville 453 and Berke (Gossypium hirsutum L.). Trial was established using the pattern of split plots design with 3 replications. Main plots are application times (control, 100, 115, 130 and 145 days after sowing); the sub-plot consisted of cotton varieties (Berke, STV 453, DP 499, Primera). It was determined in the study, topping times 100 and 115 days after sowing date increased such as seed cotton yield, per boll seed cotton weight, gin output; decreased the plant height and number of non-open bolls; had statistically no significant effect on characteristics such as 100 seed weight. Positive and significant correlations were determined between per boll seed cotton weight and seed cotton yield and gin output; the first hand seed cotton ratio and the number of non-open bolls and gin output. Negative and significant correlation were determined between plant height and per boll seed cotton weight; plant height and gin output.
