Bilgisayar ve internet kullanımının artmasıyla birlikte alışverişler internet üzerinden yapılmaya başlamıştır. Geleneksel alışverişlerde bahsedilen kontrolsüz satın alma olgusu elektronik ortamda yapılan alışverişlerde de kendini göstermeye başlamıştır. Bu çalışmanın temel amacı elektronik ortamda alışveriş yapanların kontrolsüz satın alma eğilimlerini uygulamalı bir araştırma ile ortaya koymaktır. Bu kapsamda çalışma sürecinde konusuyla ilgili teorik bilgiler verildikten sonra Rize ilindeki elektronik ortamda alışveriş yapan 384 tüketici üzerinde uygulanan anket sonuçlarından elde edilen bulgular SPSS 16.0 paket programıyla analiz edilerek konuyla ilgili yorumlamalar yapılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda tüketicilerin kontrolsüz satın alma eğilimi ile medeni durum ve cinsiyetleri arasında anlamlı bir ilişki olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Bunun yanı sıra kontrolsüz satın alma eğilimi ile meslek, aylık gelir ve eğitim durumu arasında anlamlı bir ilişki olmadığı ortaya konmuştur.
With the increased use of computer and internet, shopping has begun through the internet. The fact of uncontrolled purchases mentioned in traditional shops has also begun to appear in electronic shops. The main objective of this study is to reveal the tendencies of e-shopers to buy uncontrolled through a practical research. After the theoretical information on the subject was given in the work process, the findings obtained from the survey results applied to 384 consumers who shop in the electronic environment in the Rize province were analyzed with the SPSS 16.0 package program and interpreted the subject. The research finds that there is a meaningful relationship between the uncontrolled purchasing tendency of consumers and their civic status and gender. In addition, it has been revealed that there is no meaningful relationship between the uncontrolled purchasing tendency and the profession, the monthly income and the state of education.
Due to the increasing of using of computers and internet, shopping has started to be made from the internet. Therefore, the compulsive buying phenomenon seems in normal in every trade, which also includes in electronic trade. The main goal of this study is to investigate the theoretical framework of compulsive buying tendencies of online shoppers in the electronic environment. In this study, which consists of electronic environment users living in the area of Rize, data was collected through a questionnaire.384 data were analyzed by SPSS 16.0 package software. Results revealed that compulsive buying tendencies have significantly related to marital status and gender. Results also show that compulsive buying tendencies do not have a significant relationship with the profession, monthly income, and educational status.
