Özet:

Through a controlled experiment in pots was estimated some effects of urban wastewater irrigation on rice cultivation in relation to heavy metal contamination: in particular, copper, iron and zinc, to basic soils and Mediterranean conditions. The investigation took nine soil plots along a line of irrigation these disturbed samples of soil in pots were irrigated rice growing. Irrigation is contrasted with or without plant pots, and irrigated with sewage water and distilled water, the study being parallel to the field conditions and soil and water without cultivation under controlled conditions. Finally, we confirm the results obtained in field research with the experimental data under controlled conditions and basic local soils. Thus, in these conditions with proper management, the metals are retained in the soil, so that the reuse of treated water in the rice not only can meet the crop water requirements, but also involves a form of purification that avoids pouring water of poor quality environmentally sensitive areas, while we have the guarantee that these metals do not reach the point in relevant quantities and thus for human consumption.
