Abstract:

Data Coverage Analysis (VZA) is a non-parametric analysis method based on a linear programming model. VZA is a mathematical-based programming technique that can measure the relative effectiveness of decision-making units by processing multiple input and output. This study first introduced the mathematical structure of Data Coverage Analysis, the application stages and the CCR and BCC models commonly used in analysis. This study aims to evaluate the activities of the provinces in Turkey in the field of health, education, economy and banking with socio-economic indicators. The data coverage analysis method has been used to measure the effectiveness of 81 years that are suitable for the study of the data. In this analysis, the outward-oriented CCR model was used in the fields of health, education and banking, and in the field of economy the outward-oriented BCC model was used. The data analytics system is an EMS (Efficiency Measurement System). The results of the study have been identified and the reference values have been determined for non-effective areas. The activities of the provinces in the fields of health, education, economy and banking are shown by graph.
