Acute appendicitis is the most common cause of abdominal pain requiring surgical intervention. The appendix is located in the left lower quadrant in patients with situs inversus totalis. In this article, we presented a patient with situs inversus totalis who admitted with left lower quadrant pain and was diagnosed as acute appendicitis
