Abstract:

Three verses of the Qur’an are based on the Qur’an. The issue was also supported by Hades sources. There are several different ideas on the subject. It focuses on the definition and general characteristics of Mudareben. It is found that Mudareben is a property and labour partnership, that is, that it is a partnership that the Mudareben reveals its work when the owner reveals the capital. It is said that the profit will be shared between them in the rate they determine and that the mudriibin cannot be shared with the loss in the main capital, but that the labor will be lost. The article emphasizes that the participating banks are not much approached to the variable type of partnerships, and therefore they are not much separated from other banks. A few different ideas have been declared on the methods to be applied to protect the main capital from risk and to supply capital. It is stated that the carbs can be used actively. It is stated that the main capital to be deposited in the funds will be guaranteed by the asset by an application that will contribute to the capital flow in the mudraceal partnership. The participating banks emphasized that the murabah system applied incorrectly, suggesting how the real murabah is presented. Those in this approach that Mudareben is not a risky investment have been declared to confuse the Mudareben with other systems. In this context, it is stated that some main capital protection systems can be applied to protect the main capital.
