Abstract:

Bu çalışmanın amacı Türk Eğitim Tarihinde önemli bir yeri olan Köy Enstitülerini köye öğretmen yetiştirme yönünden değerlendirmektir.17 Nisan 1940 tarihinde 3803 Sayılı Yasayla kurulan Köy Enstitüleri hem kuruluş amaçları hem de işleyişi açısından kendine özgü özellikler taşımaktadır. Bu nedenle Türkiye\'nin özgün eğitim kurumları olmuşlardır. Çalışmada Köy Enstitülerini hazırlayan nedenler, kuruluş amaçları, yerleri, işleyişi ve bu kurumlardan yetişen öğretmenlerin sayı ve nitelikleri üzerinde durulmuştur.

Abstract:

The aim of this study is to examine the importance of Village Institutes in terms of teacher training for villages. These institutes, which were established on the 17th of April, 1940 by the Act of Village Institutes numbered 3803, have their own characteristics in terms of their functions and their foundation aims. Therefore, they have always kept their importance in Turkey. The study deals with the necessity of these institutes, the reasons for their establishment, their functions and place in the field of education, and the number of teachers and their qualifications who graduated from these institutes.
