So many results that aren't mine?
References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.

2009

Abstract:

The Ottoman State, which has been striving to continue its existence through the 19th century by monitoring the balance policy, has also been striving to continue this policy in the 20th century, but it is unlikely to be pressed. In the press of the 19th century, the problems legalized both in domestic politics and if necessary in politics (Trablusgarp War, Balkan War) and the first World War were forcing the Ottoman State to find a strong ally in order to continue its existence in the political arena. For this reason, the Ottoman State, which is pushing on its pre-war alliance aspirations, is first pushing on the opposition states, but when it does not get the result it wants, it is not forced to make a alliance with Germany. After all, it was made an alliance with Germany and the Ottoman State was located next to Germany.
