Özet Sağlık hizmetlerinde birer yönetici adayı olan yüksek lisans öğrencilerinin, sağlık hizmetlerinde Kalite Kontrol Çemberlerinin (KKÇ) kullanım durumları ve gerekliliği hakkındaki görüşlerinin belirlenmesi amacıyla bu çalışma yapılmıştır. Çalışmada, fenomenolojik desen kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubu olarak amaçsal örneklem yöntemiyle bir üniversitenin yüksek lisans öğrencileri arasından “Sağlık Kurumlarında Kalite ve Akreditasyon Yönetimi” dersi alan öğrenciler belirlenmiştir. Çalışmaya 21 öğrenci gönüllü olarak katılmıştır. Çalışmadan elde edilen veriler içerik analizi yapılmıştır. Çalışma sonucunda 4 ana 3 alt tema oluşturulmuştur KKÇ ve Önemi Hakkında Farkındalık, KKÇ Yararları (Çalışan, Kurum, Sağlık Sistemi açısından), KKÇ’nin Sağlık Hizmetlerinde Kullanım ve Kullanılmamasına İlişkin Nedenler ve KKÇ Hastanelerde Kullanım Durumları ve Önerilme Durumu’dur. Çalışma sonucunda öğrencilerin ders sonrasında KKÇ ve sağlık hizmetlerinde kullanımı ve önemi konusunda farkındalıklarının arttığı ve sağlık hizmetlerinde KKÇ kullanımın hem çalışan hem kurum hem de sağlık sistemi açısından birçok yarar sağlayacağı tespit edilmiştir. KKÇ’nin sağlık hizmetlerinde uygulanabilmesi için öncelikle yöneticilerin Toplam Kalite Yönetim anlayışı benimsemesi gerektiği ortaya konulmuştur.
This study was conducted in order to determine the opinions of the graduate students who are one of the administrative candidates in health services on the conditions of use and necessity of the Quality Control Circles in health services. In the study, phenomenological patterns were used. The study’s work group is determined by the aim-based sampling method; students who take the course “Quality and Accreditation Management in Health Institutions” from one university’s graduate students. 21 students participated voluntarily in the study. The data obtained from the study has been analyzed. The result of the study was created 4 main 3 sub-themes; awareness of the CSR and its importance, the benefits of the CSR (in terms of employees, institutions, health systems), the reasons for the use and non-use of the CSR in health services and the conditions of use and recommendation in the CSR hospitals. According to the study, students have increased their awareness of their use and importance in healthcare services after the course and the use of healthcare services will provide many benefits from both the employee and the institution and the health system. It has been revealed that in order to be implemented in health care services, managers should first adopt the overall quality management concept.
Qualıty Control Cırcle, a administration method, has been used widespread in health facilities to develop quality, productivity and motivation of the workers The study is held to define the opinions of graduate students who are a candidate of manager in health services about necessity and using situation of Quality Control Circle (QCC). In this study fenomenolojical figure was used. Working group of the study was determined by teleological sampling method among the graduate students, who taking Management of Quality and Accreditation in Health Facilities lesson, of a university. 21 students participated as a volunteer in the study. Content analysis method was used in the process of qualitative data analysis.. End of the study 4 main and 3 sub themes were created. These are the awareness about QCC and its importance, the benefits of QCC (from aspects of workers, facility and health system) and the causes related with use and not use of QCC in helath services. At the end of the study awareness of the students, who were taken the lesson, about use and importance of QCC in health services increased and it has been defined that use of QCC in health services has many benefits for workers, facility and also health system. It has been displayed that for application of QCC in health services, firstly managers should adopt Total Quality Manegament understanding.
