Abstract:

Abstract:

In this study, Cefoperazone sodium subclinical mastitis in cows was applied in the breast, and the possibility of dispersion against different microorganisms was studied. As material in the study, 52 Switzerland Shepherd breasts were used in the subclinical mastitis breast section of the breasts. All of these animals lived in the first five months of breastfeeding. After the animals with subclinical mastitis were first identified with the California Mastitis Test (CMT), in the laboratory was genetic, antibiotic and somatic cell counting, taking milk samples in aseptic conditions. One dose of Pathazone (Cefoperazone sodium, 258.8 mg, Pfizer) was intracisternally administered to the sick breast after evening breastfeeding, and the drug was provided to remain in the breast for 12 hours. In the milk samples recovered seven days later, the phenomena that the first factor was not isolated were considered dissolved. Factors identified from subclinical mastitis breasts, staphylic smells were 50.44, streptococcus were 30.75%. The results of treatment vary at 83.33-100% against streptococcus, while Staph. Only 44.44% remained against aureus infections. As a result, Cefoperazone sodium can significant success by single injection, especially in streptococcus and corynebacterium types, as well as in acute mastitis.
