Bu çalışmanın amacı, Türkiye’de faaliyette bulunan girişim sermayesi yatırım ortaklıklarının (GSYO) performanslarını karşılaştırmaktır. Bunun için, Borsa İstanbul’da faaliyette bulunun 7 GSYO’nun 2012-2017 dönemine ait yıllık verileri kullanılarak analiz yapılmaktadır. Yöntem olarak, Veri Zarflama Analizi’nin kullanıldığı çalışmada, girdi değişkenleri olarak; girişim sermayesi yatırım oranı, menkul kıymet yatırım oranı, öz sermaye oranı, çıktı değişkenleri olarak ise; öz sermaye karlılık oranı ve piyasa değeri / defter değeri oranları kullanılmaktadır. Yapılan Veri Zarflama Analizi sonucunda; Genel olarak, en yüksek etkinliğe, Gözde, Reha ve Verusatürk GSYO’ların sahip olduğu ve bunları sırası ile Egeli İle Co. Tarım, Hedef, İş ve Gedik GSYO’ların takip ettiği, en yüksek verimliliğe Egeli İle Co. Tarım, Gözde, Hedef ve Rhea GSYO’ların, en düşük verimliliğe ise, Gedik, İş ve Verusaturk GSYO’ların sahip oldukları görülmektedir.
The aim of this study is to compare the performance of enterprise capital investment partnerships (GSYO) operating in Turkey. For this, the analysis is done using the annual data of the 7 GSYO’s 2012-2017 period of the stock exchange in Istanbul. As a method, in the study that data coverage analysis is used, the input variables are used; the investment rate of enterprise capital, the value rate of investment, the value rate of capital, the output variables; the profit rate of capital and the rate of market value/register value. The result of the Data Surfing Analysis; Generally, the highest performance, the Gorgeous, Reha and Verusatürk GSYOs have and accordingly with Egeli Ile Co. Agriculture, Target, Business and Gedik GSYOs follow, with the highest efficiency Co. Agriculture, Gedik, Target and Rhea GSYOs, with the lowest efficiency, Gedik, Business and Verusaturk GSYOs.
