The Arabic language and grammar’s important symbols, Halîl b. Ahmed al-Ferâhîdî and his student Sîbeveyhi, to the present day, some grammar subjects have continued to be the subject of discussion among the Nahiv allies. One of them is the fact that the name known as "el-Cerru bi'l-mücâvere" in the Nahiv science is the fact that a name that is not actually in the cer position in the phrase is made for the reason of the neighbourhood of a precursor's name. The main objective of the "el-Cerru bi'l-mücâvere" and the names are to make a complaint between the two words in terms of the final movement and to provide harmony in the pronunciation. The name that corresponds to the previous word from the I'rab point of view only changes in the fonetics, the meaning and the I'rab position do not change. The Arabic Qur’an and the Arabic Qur’an are the words of the Qur’an and the Qur’an are the words of the Qur’an and the Qur’an are the words of the Qur’an and the Qur’an. The great majority of the grammatics believe that this phenomenon is not a transcendent, but is limited to certain uses that are heard from Arabs. In this study, we will discuss the vocabulary and term meanings of the word the Mucâvere, what the subject of discussion is the verses and poems, the different opinions and reasons of the subject of the interpretation and the Nahiv allies, the Qur’an and the Arabic poems, along with examples.
Some grammatical issues have remained controversial among scholars of grammar since Halil b. Ahmed one of the important figures of the Arabic language and grammar, and his student Sibeveyhi. One of them is the phenomenon that a name that is not originally in the genitive case in the sentence is made genitive due to being neighbor to a preceding genitive noun, which is known as “el-Cerru bi’l-mücâvere” in grammar. The main aim of making the nouns genitive with the "el-Cerru bi’l-mücâvere" is to provide harmony in pronunciation by creating sound harmony between two words in terms of the last diacritic vowel of them. A change occurs only in the phonetics of the noun which adapts to preceding noun in terms of parsing, its meaning and parsing location do not change. The issue of whether this phenomenon existed in the Pre-Islamic poetry and the verses of the Qur'an has been a matter of controversy among grammarians. The vast majority of grammarians are of the opinion that this phenomenon is not regular but only limited to certain uses which are heard from Arabs (hearing). In this study, we will examine dictionary and term meanings of the contiguity, what the verses and poetry couplets of discussion are, the different views and justifications of scholars of tafsir and grammar on the subject with examples from the Qur'an and Arabic poetry.
