Abstract:

In addition to the subject of paper-contributed ceramics, which have previously been much researched and given detailed information about various presentation methods, information about the preparation and production process of high-level new rubber bodies has been provided and the test results have been tried to be transmitted. With the research and applications done, new bodies designed to observe the results that may occur at higher temperatures, unlike the cooking temperatures of previously researched paper-contributed ceramic bodies, and therefore created to resist high temperatures, tested at 1200 - 1280oC. To take advantage of the attractiveness of the natural state of the rubber, the secret has not been used. In the necessary cases, colored strawberries are used. Thus, emphasizing the availability of this material offered as an alternative, it has been pointed out how artistic language can be valued in the production of artwork. In the conducted study, the concept of tissue, which is important for the ceramic art, has also been discussed. The diversity of the tissue effect that the paper forms in the rubber structure in the paper-added ceramic bodies is determined by the use of different papers. In the test and production process, it is aimed at providing user convenience by choosing easy and cheap raw materials. In the last part where the artwork was revealed, the use of the tissue effect was included in the examples formed without using the plate technique and secrets. The studies were especially focused on the use of untouched, putting the relation of stone and tissue in the forefront; the harmony with the surface.
