Abiye giysi üretiminde kullanılan malzemelerden, önceliği üst kumaş alır. Astar, dikiş ipliği, fermuar, düğme, tela gibi malzemeler ise daha sonra sıralanır. Astarı iyi olmayan, ipliğin kalitesizliği nedeniyle dikişleri patlayan, fermuarı açılıp-kapanmayan bir giyside üst kumaşın kaliteli olması, giysinin kaliteli olacağı sonucunu ortaya koyamaz. Bu nedenle, kaliteli giysi dendiğinde, kullanılan malzemelerin tamamının amaca uygun olarak seçildiği ve bir araya getirildiği giysi anlaşılmalıdır. Araştırmada abiye kıyafetlerin astarlama sürecindeki kalite hatalarına neden olan faktörlerin belirlenmesi ve bu hata türlerine göre elde edilen sonuçların deneysel yöntemlerle çözümlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmanın evreni hazır giyim sektöründe abiye giysi üretimi yapan orta ve büyük ölçekli işletmelerden oluşmuştur. İstanbul il sınırları içerisinde abiye üretimi yapan ve tarafımızca seçilen VAKKO numune bandında hazırlanan 20 farklı modelden alınan veriler örneklemi oluşturmaktadır. Bu bağlamda yapılan incelemelerde ilgili firmada hatalı astar seçiminden kaynaklanan çekme ve sarkma oranları, yanlış seçilen yardımcı malzeme hataları, ütü kaynaklı hatalar, kumaş, astar ve telanın farklı açılarda yerleşimi sonucu oluşan hatalar, düz boy ipliği hatası, astar kumaş uyumsuzluğu gibi kaliteyi etkileyen birçok faktörün olduğu, buna karşın iş gücünden kaynaklı etkenlerin kalite hatalarını belirgin şekilde arttırmadığı gözlenmiştir. İnceleme sırasında 20 farklı model, üretimde kullanılan faklı astar ve kumaş çeşidi ile astar ve kumaş çeşidine göre farklı üretim yöntemleri incelenmiştir.

The universe of the research consists of medium and large enterprises that manufacture clothing in the ready-made clothing industry. The data collected from 20 different models prepared in the VAKKO sample band, which has been produced and selected by us within the border of the Istanbul province, is a sample. In this context; in the examinations carried out there are many factors that affect the quality, such as the draw and scratching rates resulting from the wrong choice of the asset in the relevant company, the wrongly selected assistant material errors, the errors resulting from the scratch, the errors resulting from the placement in different angles of the fabric, the scratch and the wire, the errors of the flat size of the wire, the scratch and the disconformity of the fabric, however, the factors resulting from the workforce have not significantly increased the quality errors. During the review, 20 different models have been studied, different production methods have been studied, depending on the variety of fabric and fabric and the variety of fabric and fabric used in production.
