Bu çalışma, eğitimde Whistleblowing davranışının önemini ortaya koymak amacıyla öğretmenlere yönelik whistleblowing konusunda yazılmış lisansüstü tezlerinin bibliyometrik analizini içermektedir. Whistleblowing, uygun olmayan davranışları veya etik olmayan uygulamaları bildirme eylemidir. Whistleblowing öğretmenler için zor olabilir, ancak eğitim sisteminin bütünlüğünü korumak için önemlidir. Çalışmada, Türkiye'de 2015-2022 yılları arasında örneklemini öğretmenlerin oluşturduğu Whistleblowing konusunda yazılmış lisansüstü tezlerinin bibliyometrik analizi yapılmıştır. Bibliyometrik analiz, bilimsel yayınların niceliksel ve niteliksel özelliklerini inceleyerek bilimsel araştırma trendlerini, yayınlanma eğilimlerini, yayın performansını ve bilimsel etkileşimi değerlendirmeyi hedeflemektedir. Bu çalışmada, whistleblowing süreçleri, yasal korumaları ve potansiyel engelleri, etik ikilemlerle başa çıkmayı, şeffaflığı teşvik etmeyi ayrıntılı bir şekilde açıklayarak, öğretmenlerin whistleblowing tutumlarını bilimsel olarak ele alan çalışmalara rehberlik etmek hedeflenmektedir. Çalışmanın analizi, tezlerin düzeyi, yıl dağılımı, akademik danışmanın unvanı, enstitü dağılımı, anabilim dalı dağılımı, sayfa sayısı, anahtar kelime sayısı, kullanılan araştırma yöntemleri, veri toplama tekniği ve örneklem büyüklüğünü içermektedir. Çalışmada, incelenen tezlerin çoğunlukla yüksek lisans seviyesinde olduğu, danışmanların genellikle profesör unvanlı olduğu, daha çok eğitim bilimleri enstitüsünde yazıldığı ve en yaygın sayfa sayısı aralığının 101-150 sayfa olduğu ortaya çıkmıştır. Ayrıca incelenen tezlerde genellikle anket tekniğiyle veri toplandığı ve nicel yöntemlerin kullanıldığı tespit edilmiştir. Elde edilen sonuçlar, öğretmenlere yönelik Whistleblowing konusunda yapılan lisansüstü tezlerin sayısının az olduğunu ve farklı özelliklerde daha fazla araştırma yapılması gerektiğini ortaya koymaktadır.
This study includes a bibliometric analysis of the postgraduate theses written on whistleblowing to teachers in order to reveal the importance of Whistleblowing behavior in education. Whistleblowing is an act of reporting inappropriate behaviors or unethical practices. Whistleblowing can be difficult for teachers, but it is important to maintain the integrity of the educational system. In the study, a bibliometric analysis of the postgraduate theses written on Whistleblowing in Turkey between 2015-2022 was made by teachers. By studying the quantitative and qualitative characteristics of scientific publications, bibliometric analysis aims to evaluate scientific research trends, publication trends, publication performance and scientific interaction. In this study, the aim is to guide teachers to studies that scientifically address the whistleblowing attitudes, legal protections and potential obstacles, addressing ethical doubts, promoting transparency in detail. The study includes the analysis, the level of the theses, the year distribution, the title of the academic consultant, the institution distribution, the distribution of the branch of anatomy, the number of pages, the number of keywords, the research methods used, the data collection technique and the sample size. The study found that the theses studied were mostly at the master’s level, that consultants were often professors, that more were written in the Institute of Educational Sciences, and that the most common page range was 101-150 pages. In the study of the theses, it is also found that the data is often collected through the survey technique and the quantitative methods are used. The findings show that the number of postgraduate theses on Whistleblowing for teachers is less and that more research in different characteristics needs to be done.

Bibliometric analysis aims to evaluate scientific research trends, publication trends, publication performance and scientific interaction by examining the quantitative and qualitative characteristics of scientific publications. In this study, it is aimed to guide studies that scientifically address teachers' whistleblowing attitudes by explaining in detail the whistleblowing processes, legal protections, and potential obstacles, coping with ethical dilemmas, promoting transparency. The analysis of the study includes the level of theses, the year distribution, the title of the academic advisor, the distribution of the institute, the distribution of the department, the number of pages, the number of keywords, the research methods used, the data collection technique and the sample size. In the study, it was revealed that the theses examined were mostly at the master's level, the advisors were generally professors, they were mostly written in educational sciences institutes, and the most common page number range was 101-150 pages. In addition, it was determined that data were collected by survey technique and quantitative methods were used in the theses examined. The results show that the number of postgraduate theses on Whistleblowing for teachers is low and more research on different features is needed.
