Abstract:

The aim of this study is to study the academic studies conducted in relation to the process "Aday Teacher Education". For this purpose, the studies on this subject have been scanned using keywords such as "Aday Teacher Education", "Candidate Teacher MEB", "Aday Teacher Application Process" from the data bases such as the National Thesis Center, ULAKBIM SBV base and Google Academic. The study was conducted by the method of document examination, the data was analyzed by visual analysis. Revised publications are data collection tools, type of publication, work group/sample type, research method, data analysis methods used, etc. It has been analyzed in different titles. In the reviewed studies, the results are among the results that the teachers in different branches who have received candidacy training are selected as sample. Working with the samples of the advisory teachers and school managers will also be recommended in a way that more space will be given to different data collection tools.
