Abstract:

Intensive discussions have been made about modernization of vocational training and problems which are faced and various suggestions have been offered for a long time. However solutions, agreed by all sides have been generated in discussions dealing with the problem of vocational training. At the same time, the effect of internal dynamics on one hand and in parallel manner to the general orientations in the country on other hand. About vocational training, especially vocational colleges, discussed in many meetings, congress and conferences, there have been hopeful developments from the point of offered issues, at least, being agreements about problems and taking decisions on the reasonable and logical point in discussions dealing with solution. Thankfully, sensitivity issues related to the problems of vocational training are that they are increasing every day.In this study, with the thought of contributing to the preparations and issues mentioned about, practical aspect which is one of the most significant problems of vocational training in our country has been tried to evaluate and to obtain a result.
