So many results that aren't mine?
References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.
How can I see only citations to my article?
After searching the name of your article, you can see the references to the article you selected as soon as you click on the details section.

A rare cause of mechanical intestinal obstruction; ileoceacal intussusception: a case report

Abstract:

Intussusception is defined as telescoping of a segment of the gastrointestinal tract into the distal bowel. Idiopathic intussusception occurs in children mostly, and it is rare in adults. In this study, our purpose is to present a rare case with adult intussusception. A 54-year-old male patient presents to the emergency department with abdominal pain, nausea, and vomiting for last two days. Direct abdominal imaging showed air-fluid levels. Diagnosis of intussusception is confirmed by further imaging. Intussusception diagnoses verified by indicated “target sign” in computerized tomography. Subsequently, the patient underwent surgery. Ileocaecal intussusception was detected, and affected bowel segment was resected. An ileal submucosal mass with 2 cm in size was detected as the cause of intussusception. The mass described as lipoma in the pathological evaluation. Since its high sensitivity and spesificity, computerized tomography is most valuable diagnostic tool in intussusception. Target sign is a common finding in the tomography. Intussusception is rare in adults, however, intussusception must be held in the differential diagnosis in patients with intestinal obstruction.
