Bu araştırmanın amacı, üniversite öğrencilerinin memnuniyeti ile tavsiye etme durumu arasındaki ilişkinin belirlenmesidir. Bu amaç doğrultusunda İstanbul ilindeki bir vakıf üniversitesinde öğrenim gören öğrenciler örneklem olarak seçilmiştir. Araştırma kapsamına alınan öğrencilerin ortak özelliği sağlık hizmetleri meslek yüksekokulu bünyesindeki bir programda öğrenim görmeleridir. Sağlık hizmetleri meslek yüksekokulunda öğrenim gören öğrenci sayısı 990’dır. Araştırmaya dâhil edilen öğrenci sayısı ise 366 dır. Öğrencilere kolayda örneklem yöntemiyle ulaşılmıştır. Araştırmada anket yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Anketler hem online hem de yüz yüze toplanmıştır. Verilerin analizinde IBM SPSS ve AMOS paket programlarından yararlanılmıştır. İlk olarak ankette kullanılan ölçekler geçerlilik-güvenilirlik analizine tabii tutulmuştur. Sonrasında normal dağılım gösterdiği belirlenmiştir. Katılımcılara ilişkin demografik bulgular yorumlandıktan sonra, ölçeklerin doğrulayıcı faktör analizleri ve yol haritaları belirlenmiştir. Araştırma kapsamında kullanılan değişkenler arasındaki ilişkiyi bulmak için korelasyon analizi yapılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda memnuniyet ile tavsiye etme durumu arasında pozitif yönlü bir ilişki tespit edilmiştir.
The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between the satisfaction of university students and their advice status. For this purpose, students studying at a foundation university in Istanbul were selected as a sample. The common feature of the students included in the research is that they study in a program within the vocational school of health services. The number of students studying at the vocational school of health services is 990. The number of students included in the study is 366. Students were reached by easy sampling method. Questionnaire method was used in the research. Surveys were collected both online and face-to-face. IBM SPSS and AMOS package programs were used in the analysis of the data. First, the scales used in the questionnaire were subjected to validity and reliability analysis. Afterwards, it was determined that it showed a normal distribution. After the demographic findings of the participants were interpreted, confirmatory factor analyzes and roadmaps of the scales were determined. Correlation analysis was performed to find the relationship between the variables used in the research. As a result of the research, a positive relationship was determined between satisfaction and advice status.
