Abstract:

Anaphylaxis is a health problem that needs urgent intervention that can develop in each individual and that can threaten his life. In childhood and youth, it is more frequently encountered with anaphylaxis. In the world and in Turkey, sufficient and healthy data sources relating to anaphylactic prevelence are limited. Nutrition, drug use, insects are the common causes of anaphylaxis. The main objective in Anaphylaxis management is to preserve life with rapid and correct intervention. First of all, adrenaline is essential. It is very important that other medications are properly applied after this application. The patient and the family must be emotionally supported in this process, and the need for information about each procedure must be met. The knowledge of the causes of anaphylaxis and the identification of persons at risk, the early completion of the table and appropriate initiatives can be passed by the professional health staff. The medical team, an important member of the nurses, is one of the obligations to interfere with anaphylaxis, but it is their professional tasks and legally.The application and the prevention of possible complications and death cases
