TR63 Bölgesi İklim Koşullarının Seracılık Açısından İrdelenmesi

Amaç: TR63 Bölgesinde yer alan Hatay, Osmaniye ve Kahramanmaraş illerinin günlük ortalama sıcaklık değerlerine göre serada tüm yıl üretimin gerçekleştirilebilmesi için yılın farklı aylarında seralarda alınabilecek iklimlendirme önlemleri ve bu önlemler için gerekli parametrelerin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Yöntemler ve Bulgular: Yapılan bu çalışmada TR63 bölgesindeki illerinin uzun yıllık iklim değerlerinden gidilerek iklimlendirme ile üretim periyodunun farklı dönemlerinde ulaşılan sıcaklık değerleri, yapılacak iklimlendirmeler için gerekli ısıtma, havalandırma, soğutma süreleri ve gerekli yakıt ve soğutma suyu miktarı belirlenmiştir. Isı gereksinimi, seradaki sıcaklık yükselmesini dikkate alarak saatlik sıcaklık, güneş ışınımı ve rüzgâr hızı değerleri kullanılarak ISIGER-SERA uzman sistem modeliyle hesaplanmıştır. TS825 standartlarına göre II. Bölgede bulunan Kahramanmaraş ilinde serada sıcaklığın gece gündüz 16/18°C’de tutulabilmesi için gerekli olan ısı enerjisi 132.1 kWh m-2 a-1, Hatay’da 85.5 kWh m-2 a-1, Osmaniye’de 71.8 kWh m-2 a-1’dır. Genel Yorum: Bu bölgede tüm yıl üretimin gerçekleştirilebilmesi için seraların ısıtılması, havalandırılması, gölgelenmesi ve soğutulması gereklidir. Ancak serada üretim maliyeti, iklimlendirme önlemlerine bağlı olarak değişkenlik göstermektedir. Her üç ilin iklim değerleri göz önüne alındığında yapılacak üretimde, üretim periyodu Ağustos ayının son haftasında başlayarak Haziran ayının sonuna kadar devam etmesinin uygun olduğu görülmektedir. Sıcak dönemlerde serada üretilen tek yıllık bitkilerin, açık tarla koşullarında da üretilmesi seralarda üretimin devamını engellemektedir. Ürün fiyatlarının düşmesi nedeniyle bu bölgede tek yıllık bitkisel üretim Temmuz ayında sonlandırılarak seralar boş bırakılmalıdır. Çalışmanın Önemi ve Etkisi: Çalışma Türkiye'de iklimin uygun olduğu Akdeniz bölgesinde yoğunlaşan seralarda kaliteli ve yüksek verimin elde edilebilmesi için, seraların iklime bağlı olarak yılın belirli dönemlerinde farklı şekillerde iklimlendirilmesinin zorunlu olduğunu ve bu iklimlendirmenin alınan önleme bağlı olarak üretim maliyetlerine etki edebileceğini göstermektedir. Aynı zamanda bu çalışma, tüm yıl serada üretim yapılabilmesi için seraların ısıtılması, havalandırılması, gölgelenmesi ve soğutulması gerekli olduğundan bölgede yapılacak sera işletmelerinin fizibilite çalışmalarına ışık tutacaktır.

Purpose: The Hatay, Osmaniye and Kahramanmaraş provinces located in the TR63 region are intended to determine the climatisation measures that can be taken in the different months of the year in order to be produced throughout the year according to the daily average temperature values and the necessary parameters for these measures. Methods and findings: This study, based on the long-year climate values of the provinces in the TR63 region, determined the temperature values achieved in different periods of the climate and production period, the necessary heating, ventilation, cooling periods and the amount of necessary fuel and cooling water. The heat demand is calculated by the ISIGER-SERA specialized system model using the hourly temperature, sunlight and wind speed values, taking into account the increase in the temperature in the greenhouse. according to the TS825 standards. The thermal energy required to keep the temperature in the greenhouse in the Kahramanmaraş province located in the area is 132.1 kWh m-2 a-1, 85.5 kWh m-2 a-1, 71.8 kWh m-2 a-1 in Osmaniye. This area requires heating, ventilation, shadowing and cooling of greenhouses to be produced throughout the year. But the cost of production in the greenhouse varies depending on the climate measures. With the climate values of each of the three countries, the production period should be continued until the end of June, starting in the last week of August. The production of single-year plants produced in greenhouse during hot periods, also in open field conditions, prevents continued production in greenhouse. Due to the decline in product prices, the one-year plant production in this region should be terminated in July and the greenhouses should be left empty. The importance and impact of the study: The study shows that in order to high quality and high efficiency in greenhouses concentrated in the Mediterranean region where the climate is suitable in Turkey, it is necessary that greenhouses are airconditioned in different ways in certain periods of the year depending on the climate and that this aircondition may affect the production costs depending on the prevention taken. At the same time, this study will keep light on the feasibility work of the greenhouse operations in the region, as it is necessary for the heating, ventilation, shadowing and cooling of greenhouses to be produced throughout the year.

Aims: In order to realize the year-round production in the greenhouse according to the daily average temperature values of Hatay, Osmaniye and Kahramanmaraş provinces located in TR63 Region, it is aimed to determine the air conditioning measures and the necessary parameters that can be taken in the greenhouses. Methods and Results: In this study, the long-term climate values of the provinces in TR63 region have been determined and the temperature values reached during different periods of the air conditioning and production period, the required heating, ventilation, cooling times and the required fuel and cooling water amount have been determined. Heat requirement was calculated by using ISIGER-SERA expert system model using hourly temperature, solar radiation and wind speed values considering the temperature rise in the greenhouse. The heat energy required for keeping the greenhouse temperature at 16/18 °C day and night is 132.1 kWh m-2 a-1 in Kahramanmaraş province in the second region according to TS825 standards. The provinces in the first region were calculated as 85.5 and 71.8 kWh m-2 a-1 for Hatay and Osmaniye respectively. Conclusions: In the greenhouses in this region, heating, ventilation, shading and cooling are necessary for production to be realized all year. However, the cost of production in the greenhouse varies depending on air conditioning measures. When the climatic values of all three provinces are taken into consideration, it is seen that the production period should be started in the last week of August and continued until the end of June. One-year plants produced in the greenhouse during the summer months can also be produced under open field conditions. Therefore, production in greenhouses is not possible in this period. Due to the decrease in product prices, one-year crop production in this region should be terminated in July and greenhouses should be left empty. Significance and Impact of the Study: This study shows that it is necessary in certain periods of the year the climate in different ways depending on the climate of greenhouses in order to obtain high quality and high efficiency in greenhouses where appropriate concentrated in the Mediterranean climate in Turkey. Also, this situation may affect production costs depending on the air conditioning. At the same time, this study will shed light on the feasibility studies of the greenhouse enterprises in the region since heating, ventilation, shading and cooling of the greenhouses are required for production in the greenhouse all year.
