So many results that aren't mine?

Abstract:

Son dönemde Türk Kamu Yönetimi alanında ortaya çıkan değişim denetim anlayışını da değişime uğratmaktadır. Kamu mali yönetiminde başlayan bu sürecin tamamlayıcı adımı yeni Sayıştay Kanunu olmuştur. 6085 sayılı kanun parlamento adına bağımsız denetim yapan Sayıştay’ı anahtar bir konuma getirmiştir. Kamusal her türlü fonun kullanımını denetleyecek Sayıştay bir yandan kamu yönetiminin mali denetiminde tek söz sahibi olacak diğer yandan da siyasi sistemin meşruiyetini sağlayacak önemli bir unsur olmaya devam edecektir. Bu makalenin amacı; söz konusu değişimi yeni Sayıştay Kanunu üzerinden açıklamaya çalışmaktır.
