The extraordinary circumstances in which the prophets live and experience as a proof of prophecy are called 'miracles', while the extraordinary circumstances in which a servant who is fully connected to the Qur'an and the Sunnah, faithful and fearful, except the Prophets, is called 'keramets'. The extraordinary situation concerned with keramity is the occurrence of events and experiences outside the normal laws of nature. In short, the Most High God changes his verses and the laws that he puts in nature, even if it is a temporary time for the good of his beloved servant. The worship is given by the worship and the prayer, and sometimes it is not given despite the worship, and sometimes it is given by God without the worship of the servant. The one who has the grace must seek refuge to his Lord, believing that the extraordinary situation he lives is accomplished by the command of God. At the same time, he must realize that it is not the charity, but the stability is the basis. In fact, the greatest charity is to live with the loyalty-based stability morality, which is truth, honesty, consistency, stability and true devotion. The understanding of the charity requires to love God and the reflection of His names and qualities in the worship and in the consciousness of the client. A man who serves his Lord can reach the pleasure of serving, his soul and his Lord, and the grace which is the way of seeing His worship. Therefore, in this article we discussed the points of connection with other tasavufic concepts in terms of the meaning of the keramite. In this context, the similarities and differences in terms of meaningful ties with the concepts of the keramite; ubûdiyyet, stability, vecd, ittisal, poor and dialogue have been treated in semantic style.
The extraordinary events experienced by prophets as a proof of their prophecy is named ‘miracle’, while extraordinary events experienced by a devout and pious servant fully committed to the Holy Qur’an and Islamic tradition are called ‘oracle’. An extraordinary event that is considered as a miracle is defined as any event or experience that occurs outside the boundaries of regular laws of nature. In short, God Almighty briefly renews the verses as well as the laws of nature for the good of His beloved servant. A miracle is sometimes granted to the servant through his/her wish and prayer, sometimes it is not granted despite the wish while sometimes Allah grants it regardless of the servant praying for it. A miracle worker must seek refuge in his Lord by believing his extraordinary experience took place only because Allah wanted it to occur. At the same time, he must also recognize that it is not the miracle but steadfastness that prevails. In fact, the greatest miracle is to live with an ethics of steadfastness centred on righteousness, honesty, consistency, permanence and true loyalty. The understanding of miracle required man to be fond of Allah and the reflections of His names and titles within a sense of worship and contemplation. A man who succeeds in becoming a servant of his Lord rather than his inner ego can achieve the joy of obedience by knowing his inner-ego and his Lord and through oracle, which is the state of being able to see His blessings. Accordingly, this article reviews the connection points between the meaning of oracle and other Sufi concepts. In this sense, the semantic connections between oracle and obedience, steadfastness, rapture, joining, spiritual poverty and self-evaluation have been addressed.
