Abstract:

Objective: Extraterrestriality is defined as the continuous and persistent misconduct, rejection, by the influence of one of the parents and unfairly committed by the child against the other parent. The study aims to explore the fact of foreigning to the parents, to reveal the mechanisms that affect it, to clarify the perceptions of the father on the issue of foreigning. It is also understood that the children of the fathers who are more alienated to their brothers and sisters, the children of the fathers who develop protective, democratic and authority attitudes to their children, are less alienated to themselves. According to the content analysis, when the expressions of the fathers are studied, references to the mother, the impact of the process on paternity identity, the feeling of losing paternity rights and the perceptions of paternity before separation have been determined. The outcome: Foreigning to parents is a common problem in our country and it has been shown that the rejected fathers have a more intense sharing in this matter.
